Even MyNIC Can Go Wrong?

DomainRegistry (formerly known as MyNIC) sent a suspension of domain name notice to my customer today. This domain name is active until next year. Yet, the payment has been done much earlier.

This suspension notice might be generated not-real-time. But, why not?

  1. .my domain registry are using a lot of manual work in the past for managing all the .my domain name with them.

.my domain registry are working very hard together with all their reseller to slowly improve their service to their reseller, registrant and public.

Give them a little bit more time and you will see different in them.
